a small shrine to the coolest person i know

this page exists because joi is my girlfriend and she is, objectively, awesome. i wanted a little corner of the internet dedicated to saying so out loud, since the internet is mostly used for less important things.

some of the reasons joi rules:

• she is kind in the quiet, unshowy way that actually counts
• she laughs at my jokes, including the bad ones (maybe especially those)
• she is smart about people in a way i am not, and she shares
• she puts up with my homelab, my rabbit-hole projects, and my tendency to explain them at length
• she makes ordinary days feel like they mean something
• she is beautiful, and somehow does not seem to know it
• she is the person i want to tell things to first
